Factory and Custom Memcals Available
Have a few factory memcals I've collected. As far as I know all are good (not fried/"broken" to my knowledge).
FACTORY MEMCALS
AUM (#3236) - $35 shipped.
ACXS (#1088) - $35 shipped.
ARXT (#8176) - looks to be brand new, $45 shipped
AUJL (#1615 0499) - looks to be brand new, $40 shipped
NON-FACTORY MEMCALS
Jet Stage II Performance Chip, Stage II - Off Road Only, worked great in my 305 dual cat car before going to the 383 SR. This is a standard lookinbg memcal (not a piggyback) with their chip installed. Part number is #192135 for a '91 Firebird 305 TPI (VIN F) with the dual cats and manual tranny. $85 shipped.
ADS SuperChip for the same car. Will get part number this evening. This is a piggyback set up similar to Craig Moates' piggy back board. Has chip socket (no ZIF connector tho) and chip does not appear to be soldered in. $45 shipped.

Thanks!!!
I upgraded from my 305 to a 350 and ive got a burnt Eprom being sent to me, but i need the 350 MAF Memcal..

All I've got are the ones shown above. I'll try to find out tomorrow if one of them is for a 350 MAF car.

On my 305 TPI/ T5 combination, it ran great! Got highway mileage of 22-24MPG, but only about 14-15 in town. I liked it.
Now - I'll also be honest with ya, I've researched it personally since I'm into burning my own proms now. The changes they made are in the two VE tables, the spark/timing tables, and when and how much PE (acceleration changes) is used. Not rocket science by any means, but if you don't do your own custom proms I think you'll like the set up. Car was fun to drive, but it also doesn't compare to the fun I now have with my 383 SuperRam setup (and naturally never would).

Never ran anything on the 383 SR but a custom DIY chip.

Best thing to do is go to www.moates.net, buy the gear and do it yourself. I wasted $300 on a custom chip that was terrible, should have spent the money on learning how to do it myself to begin with. And I'm still learning.....

Here is what the various memcals are for:
AUM = 86 5.0 w/ auto
ACXS = 87 5.0 w/ 700r4, and 2.73 gears
ARXT = 89 2.8 w/ TH125C, and 2.84 gears
AUJL = 89 5.7 w/ 700r4, and 2.77 gears
All are for MAF cars with `165 ECMs, less the 2.8, which is speed density and uses a `730 ECM.

WOW! Thanks for that info, although I'm quite surprised about the '89 cars using the 165 ECM, I thought those were 730 based. Guess you learn something new every day. Again, Thanks!

The V8 cars with the 7730 speed density ECM started in 90
However, the 89 memcal has a superior prom to the earlier MAF chips -- It has the cold start injector eliminated etc. Newest version of the MAF code

Thanks for clarifying that for me!!! Since mine is a 91, all I know much about is the 730 and $8D (AXYC, AUJP, etc.)
