Water Injection system

Someone had posted a link to the vendor that made his water injection system. I searched the archives & can not find the post to it.

this WI system had a control center that went into the cockpit that had turn on time & flow & pressure & a bunch of other really cool stuff. anyone recall what that was & who made it? I thought that this person was using here here with a Centrifugal blower & IC but maybe it was a turbo setup.

thanks gents

I think that Willie is using the Super Fueler, & not the WI system, but I could be wrong. the Carrol WI system does not look right.

thanks

I use the Superfueler and water/alcohol injection. The water injection system is not the one asked about though. mine is the base level kit offered by Carroll.

I have seen the one in question. I do not recall the name of it though. From what I remember, it was a decent system at a decent price. The one fallback I see is that it has too many settings. You really don't need all that extraneous stuff. Mine can be run as a two-stage pump, but even that isn't really necessary. I have mine adjusted to turn on at 3-psig. It seems to work very nicely as I've seen air temperature in the plenum plummet when the water/alcohol is flowing.

Sorry I couldn't help much.

Thanks gents. Maniacc, that smells like the one that I was thinking of, but as Willie said there is a lot to be said for simplicity. I am going to give them a call & find out if they have a flyer or sales lit. This might go on a Roots application so not sure how this is going to play out.

Alky Kits

The SMC kit is one of the best and easiest to set up. I am ordering one for my TTA as soon as I get enough loot. You might wanna check at the Alky Tech section on http://www.turbobuick.com they have alot of info in their.
Good luck,
Murt
