We all found one on ebay that works really well.
basicly you rotate the volute housing (will need to notch the bracket a little bit), aim it twords the driver fender. Then go 90 down and forward, and 90 into the intercooler that sits behind your radiator.
Then on the other side, come 90 out of the intercooler, 90 twords the driver til it just rubs the radiator, then 90d into the throttle body.
I'm putting my motor in next week, and will start putting pictures up of my setup, but mine isn't TPI. so the second half of the plumbing will be different.

I put my motor and tranny in.
I gotta put the DS up, shifter, and a few other things underneath then I'll lower the car and start up top. I wanna break the motor + cam in this week, and start on the intercooler plumbing.
I'll be putting pictures up of my progress.

You will then need to rotate the blower volute. It will hit the bracket, so you'll need to grind the bracket in two spots.

Originally I tried mounting the intercooler with 2 bolts as shown in the picture. This didn't work out too good.
What I ended up doing was cutting the tops of the radiator support and pushing that forward to give more room for the IC.
Also cut both sides flush with the frame rail, so the intercooler inlet and outlet are not obstructed.
A few strips of 3m weatherstripping on each side of the intercooler and it should fall right in place.
You'll know when the supports are pushed enough forward, that the radiator falls back into its original position.

The intercooler should look kinda like this. Then you can bolt the radiator back into place:

You know, If enough of you are interested, I can get those pretty cheap… If I could get 5 or more orders together I could pretty much lock down a price toward the bottom end of what they go for on ebay. It might be nice to have someplace that you can just go and get one, instead of hoping to snag one on ebay at a decent price.

Cool beans!. I didnt wanna run the plumbing under the car, so I chose to run it up top. I'm in the process of changing the silicone couplers.
I decided to use a 90d silicone coupler off the blower, to get a tigher radius.

For folks with TPI, add another silicoln 90d bend (3" to 3"), a 3" straight section of pipe, a silicoln coupler, and an LT1 aluminum throttlebody elbow.
I'm not an artist, but you'll get the drift from the pic:
