what year is the TPI motor? would you be willing to part that out? I just want a plenum and TB to practice polishing and if is for the 85 or at least fit the 85 that would be awesome. Obvioulsy shipping would kill me, if you are willing to seperate the tpi from the motor can you take pics and get a shipping price to 11795.

Edit, does the post office have a flat rate box?? just wondering kinda new to shipping big stuff.

Well, except for the headliner that is now gone and the passenger kick panel, the interior is mint and complete... thought that's a lot of work and boxing...

What are the specs on the Hotcam?

Would you be willing to separate that from the motor?

The automatics got the peanut cam, and the 5 speed cars got the better cam. What specs it has I'm not sure!

 

OK so if it was a 5 speed TPI then it had the L98 cam.

Would you be willing to separate that from the engine?

I don't see why not, but it does have 220,000 miles on it! I'm in Townsend, MA, near Fitchburg/Groton/RT2

 

I do still have the 5 speed stuff, though there is much interest in it (I have another thread for that). Since you are just down 190/290 from me, you are more than welcome to come take it out and make me an offer!

Sure you can, but I really don't want to take it out! You do it, and it's all yours. The motor and front end are all stripped anyways, so it will be easy!

What color are the fenders? I might be interested in the passenger side one if you can tell me how much it would be to have it shipped to 49221. One last question, is there any rust or rust through on them?

 

One fender is now gone, not sure which is left, I will check. I do know the mount on the bottom is bent up though!

what kinda shape are the 305 tpi heads in??? and what kinda alternator did u say u had i know u said polished is it a high amp alt. by chance if so id pay for shipping on it??

 

Alternator is gone, and the heads are in "200,000 miles, then sat under a tarp for a few months with no intake or valve covers" shape. They need to be rebuilt.

 

Where in MA are you? If you're still giving stuff away, I wouldn't mind driving down to pick through what you've got left.

 

Still have the passenger side door? Does it have the window in it? If so, I'll drive out and pick it up.
