Awesome News

I didn't get a chance to send this email to everyone, but here it is.

Hello again,

I just got word from SLP that they will not be able to
make it as a vendor, BUT they're sending some great
products for me to disburse.

Here is what they're sending me.

One $100 Gift Certificate
One set of four 17 x 9.5" Third-Gen Firehawk Wheels
(Part #80035)
Two SLP Performance Parts Banners

What I've decided to do is raffle these off. I will be
charging $1-$2 per raffle ticket. I'd had wanted the
raffle tickets to be free, however due to bad planning
on my part, this event is costing a lot more than I
had originally thought.
Basically, the fairgrounds has cost $900 or so, which
I still owe them $630 for, insurance I won't find the
cost out till next week. Plaques are $100, and I've
already spent $80 on food which I still need to finish
shopping.
This is not a bitching email asking for more money, I
just want to let everyone know my position, and thanks
to the greatest girl in the world, she is loaning me a
good amount of money . Basically, I'm putting up
about $700-800 of my own money, hoping this will be a
success. Unfortunately, quite a few people are waiting
till the last minute, which I understand. But to
ensure that I'm not going to lose a ton of money I
will be charging just a few dollars per raffle ticket.
I hope everyone understands, I'm not out to make money
off of this.
I will be contacting other vendors to see if they
would like to do the same.

Thanks,
Mark Shields
