AC bypass DONE.......how to info

NOTE: this is on a 305

Im posting this because I did a search on the fourms and was NOT able to find this info. it seems most want to do this the hard way and install an AC delete pully inplace of the ac compressor and needlessly waste money!

Ok after several belt returns due to wrong size I figured out what belt size is needed to bypass the AC compressor with out doing any thing but a belt change.
the belt needed is 84.5 inches. insted of running it over the AC compressor and under the tensioner pully run it over the tensioner pully??(pully that keeps belt tight) and forget about the AC compressor
Ive included a diagram of the route that I took and every thing works as it should. the diagram is not 100% acurate on size/placemet of the pullys but they are all there and in aprox location.

The reason I did this incase anyone is wondering is because my AC doesnt work, and the bearing in the pully was worn out and making a very loud anoying sound. needless to say now my car is quiet with the exception of the exhaust. Also I DID notice an improvement in power immedatly. how much HP I honestly have no idea but Id guess 3-5.
