GTA Polished WHEELS!
i know there have been about 509827984732907 posts about polished wheels. But, i, personally, haven't seen any of polished GTA cross-laced rims...... i know some of them are painted gold or black, but does anyone have them so they have a mirror-like finish to them? i'm defintely going to try this.

Man, you either like to work very hard or are a glutten for punishment.
Good luck! You are in for a long, hard road. However, you will have some really slick wheels when you get it done. I don't know how you would get into those really small areas to get the polished effect, but I am sure it can be done.
With any luck, you will complete them sometime around your 80th birthday. I just hope you are still strong enough to put them on.

Have fun. the rims have a textured finish on the spokes. no way you can sand it down to smooth. and if you polish it with the pitted texture. it will look like ***

Polished GTA wheels would look pretty good. There is a pic of a Datsun 510 in one of my Super Street magazines that has a similar wheel style and the rims were polished.
It would take you a very long time to get into every nook and cranny in those GTA wheels. Its time consuming enough to just clean them.

Close but Dingley, is wanting to polish the entire rim. It really wouldnt be that hard to polish as long as you have the right tools and the patience.
Nice polishing job by the way
