Here it is....all done besides cleaning up some of the compound in the cracks. I'll try to get some better pictures of the 1981 Z28 fender louvers I installed....

....I owe alot of the work....painting and buffing to my dad....here is a picture of him buffing a deep shine into the hood....

 

I took some close ups of the louvers...but the didn't turn out very nice...I'll try to scan them again later on...maybe someone could fix them...to make them look better...

If your talking about that Camaro in the back round....that's actually my twin brothers 87 Z28.....looks almost exactly like my old 84 Z28....but dosen't have the highrise spoiler on it. He got his 87.....and I loved the color...so..I painted my old 84 the same color. After mine was totaled....he took alot of the parts off my 84 and stuck'em on his 87....the ground effects, the rims, whole interior....etc....thanks for noticing man....I still have the old 84.....getting ready to sell it for $300 bucks... Atleast I've got the 91 now..

Thanks alot fellas for all of the compliments....I've put alot of hard work in this car....blood, sweat, and tears...and so far...it's paid off. The photoshop of those wheels looks freakin awesome! That's next on my list. I'm going to buy another disposable camera so I can take somemore descent shots for you guys of the louvers....any thoughts, ideas, or comments are welcome. Black sure does look good on all fbodies,especially your Z.I like the red paint on my Z but I wish I had found a black Z after seeing yours.If I didn't really like my stock hood I would get an SS hood,looks great on your Z.:hail:

Thanks for trying to fix the picture man.....I took about 4 or 5 pictures of the louver...form the side...in the bright sun shine......I'll get them developed by next week...and I'll be sure to post the pictures....I'll take a few more of my engine and stuff too.

 

you ever run your car? with all those mods what are you times? or atleast you dyno #'s?

 

To tell ya the truth....I REALLY have no idea what my times would be or any dyno readings. I've never taken it to the track or anything. My plan was to make this car a very nice car....one that looked awesome, had a killer exhaust system, and nice sounding stereo. I know I've done a pretty good amount of mods...but I'm really not even a racer. I'm guessing atleast almost 300 h.p......all of the mods add up well...and from where I started..as far as the "butt" dyno goes...it's a huge difference. Anyone wanna take a guess about 1/4 mile times?

 

Guessing is for bench racers!!! Take it to the track!
