Spohn torque arm users

I was looking at Spohn's adjustable torque arm @ their site and I am confused a little. I do not understand how it bolts up on the tranny end of it. It looks like it some how takes place of the trans. mount/crossmember? Or maybe someone has a better picture to look at.:hail:

It comes with a trans crossmember, you remove your stock crossmember and install ours. The torque arm connects to our crossmember.

Which is a VERY good design because it takes all that stress off the tranny tailhousing and puts it directly on the crossmember instead. This makes the torque arm more effective as well as saving your tranny mount from grenading every few months.

They clear the Speedo connections fine

Spohn sells top notch products- Note: Tq arm, Subframe connectors, Swaybars, Adj LCA's. Great products- Things are just a bitch to keep clean when its a daily driver.

They have a crossmember for T56-swap cars, IIRC.

Yes, you can see a list of what we have the kits for by clicking here:

http://www.spohn.net/category.cfm?categoryid=1047

We'll soon be adding to the list:

LS1 with LS1 T-56
LS1 with LS1 4L60E
Richmond 6 speed
4L80E

The torque arm itself is the same, but if you switched from a T-5 to a T-56 you'd have to get the T-56 crossmember. The crossmember for the T-5 would not work with the T-56.

Planning on getting the Torque Arm myself in the Future but was wondering about something. If I got one now with my Original 10 Bolt Rear and upgraded to a 12 Bolt Rear would I need to get another Torque Arm?

No, it will work on stock, 12 bolt, or 9" rears
