Hi, I sold the 2 twin turbo setups, but I expect to start fabricating them this week or maybe next week, takes me about a week finishing them. I'll post them as soon as they are ready. I still have 2 single turbo kits unsold, but they are not RTR(ready to run, it dosent have the crossover pipe and drivers header) as the kit I just finished last night that is RTR(ready to run). I will make the crossover connection for those 2 kits as well. hope they will sell and that people support my work.

Plug access

One of the best things that this kit has is plug access. To remove the plugs just remove the down pipe. Since the down pipe is not welded to the rest of the exhaust pipe, it is slip on style, removal is fast. In one occation I removed the downpipe in about 15 minutes with the engine mega hot. The down pipe is connected to the rest of the exhaust pipe with a flexible steel connector, same as the heavy load trucks use on their exhaust. No clamps to remove except for the "V" band clamp which is very easy to remove. As for the plugs #2,4 & 8 are very easy, for #6 there is no access for a ratchet, and also no access for a fixed wrench, so how the heck do I remove it?! I got an extra 5/8" socket and machined the exterior surface so that I could place a 3/4 fixed wrench and voila!. If for some extraordinary reason you cannot remove the plugs, simply remove the turbo header, something that I have never needed to. One thing that I do recommen is changing the plugs to shorty style. Accels make shorty style plugs and other manufacturers as well. Summit part # is acc-0576s for the Accel plugs. I would also recommend using thermal protection for the plug cables.
I hope this answers your questions.

Why does it look like the O2 sensor would smack right into the valve cover ?

Looks really nice, but two questions for you

1. what size pipe is the crossover? 2 1/2?

2. is there any chance you would sell parts from the kit seperate, like the passenger side turbo header?

What I was more referring to was if someone was running a non stock 3 wire O2 sensor, or those of us on the boards with the LT1 swap as the sensors are a good bit longer than the stock stubby, not to mention quite a few would probably end up wanting to go wideband in the future and im not sure of the length of those...

Are there any plans for an intercooled version?

The crossover pipe is 2 1/2" dia.

For those that dont have enough funds, but want to turbocharge their car I am going to sell a semi complete package that only includes the driver's turbo header, passenger's side header, crossover pipe, downpipe and T61 turbocharger, just the primary parts. This enables them to get parts probbably from eBay at very low prices, probbably lower than what I can offer. I cannot sell the kit without the turbo because if I did I would have complaints of downpipe non fit situations. Turbochargers are mostly the same, but in our cars a bit of difference in turbo dimensions could result in problems, probbably needing to re-make the downpipe.

This kit will not include the; Innovative wastegate, wastegate stainless steel exhaust pipe, HKS blow-off valve, inlet pipes, bolts, allen key wrench, clamps, oil dipstick, gaskets, oil supply stainless steel hose and oil return, hoses, elbows, etc...

Check the picture under to see what is included and what parts are not, some parts that are mentioned above are not shown in the picture.

Price for partial kit is: $1795.00

Hi B4Ctom1!, I just cut some corners to make a kit for those that just want the headers or dont have enough funds, but want to turbocharge their car. Twin turbo headers

E-mail me at Chris@cecoatings.com

Hi, when I got the twin turbo system on my car I never thought of producing and selling them, so I didnt took any pictures in the short time I had it installed on my car. Now that I am selling them and finished those two kits I didn't have the chance to take them pictures installed or at least uninstalled, my camera busted and have to let them go without a chance to take them pictures. I am going to start two more twin turbo kits next tuesday, hopefully I will have them finished in a week. I still havent bought the camera, but you can bet I will not let them go. If you want only the headers I can sell them for $1200.00 the pair. Remember this are laser cut 3/8" thick steel flanged parts with 1/8" wall thickness pipes turbo headers, laser cutting is not cheap. Since twin turbo setup dosent have the tight problem of single turbo, I can sell them without any other part, just the headers. Let me know if you want a pair.
Thank you

Sweet, This summer when i have the spare time i'm going to get a turbo project going. that partial kit seems like a good bargin, only thing that would hold me back is that im looking for a slightly larger turbo (T-88).

the other thing i don't like is that it looks like the wastegate just vents into the atmosphere, rather than running back to the downpipe.

either way, looks like you've done your homework
awsome setup your selling.
kudios to you

I cant argue with that. seems like a very helpful deal. I love this I now have somewhere to direct every guy that shows up here with less than 10 posts asking about where to get a kit. I would like to see a sticky on turbo kits. If people start buying your kits and posting here I do recommend bein a site sponsor.

When I meant to get just the turbo header, I figured I would have to build around it. Like a foundation for all the rest of the car turbo and all. Making my own downpipe and steering it around your header would be a must. Also I figured I would have to possiply cut, reclock, or change altogether the turbo mounting flange. I figure the day I start cutting/welding on it your responsibility for it was satisfied the day it arrived. Some people could complain but not if it was sold as a sort of DIY header "kit".

I like the idea of your partial kit alot and I am also interesed in the T-88 sizing idea posed by some one earlier. would you be able to do those?

What, if any, internal and other mods would need to accompany your kit, apart from those mentioned regarding the piping?

Very interested for myself, and i could probly get another 2 sold here in Oz with any troubles at all.

EDIT: My bad. Just read your Ebay page. Cheers.

Id like to see your TT headers befor I said Yes or No... $1200 isnt bad. Im guessing you make it outa mild steel for that price and not 304SS.

I priced out 304SS for EVERYTHING needed for TT headers and it was close to $900 then $1000 for labor. But that 1k was also leting him have my car and make sure it all fits right.

Pic's are worth 1000 words. Buy a disposable cam when you do them 2 Twin setups. Scann em. or snail mail em to me and I'll host em just like I did for Innovatie Turbo

Pic's are worth 1000 words. Buy a disposable cam when you do them 2 Twin setups. Scann em. or snail mail em to me and I'll host em just like I did for Innovatie Turbo

I will start fabricating them on Tuesday as I said before, as soon I finish them I will e-mail you a picture and post it here also.

Kits look great! How well would they fit the d shaped exhaust ports on fastburn heads?

OK, im now seriously hooked on geting one of your kits, but i need to know what my chances of fitting it into RHD car would be. What, if anything, would need to be altered.

As a general guage, normal headers from the USA usually need the 1st pipe shortened slightly to fit.

Also ill be deleting the A/C.

Cheers

Hi, I can make the turbo header's flange for "D" shaped exhaust ports, laser cut. The problem is with the drivers side headers, that they are not "D" shaped and cannot change them.

The problem is that instead of having the A/C unit on the left side, you have there the Brake Booster and pump. In theory you should have more space than our USA spec. cars. But you will have to protect from heat all the brake lines, you dont want to loose your brakes because of hot fluid. Is your car has the exhaust pipe running below the drivers side or passengers side? The reason I ask this is because if your car runs the exhaust pipe below your passengers side There is not going to be space for the downpipe connection to the rest of the exhaust pipe. The crossover will occupy the space necessary for the downpipe to conect to the exhaust pipe. In other words you will need a turbo header mirror like the one I fabricate.
Thank's

is there enough clearance from my mechanical fuel pump with the way the wastegate is positioned? that is the only limiting factor with this setup currently. must know.

Hi, you will have to change to electric fuel pump in order to use this turbo header.

I haven't seen it mentioned yet, but then again I'm not the most observant person in the world. (What was that?)

I'm curious as to how long you have had this setup in operation on your vehichle?

I'm very interested in it. Just trying to learn all I can before I commit to my power adder purchase(SC or Turbo ) in early/mid april. Unless we here at SBC strike...ahh free vacaction.

Thanks,

Aaron

Hi, my single turbocharger kit was on my car for about a year, then switched to twin turbo, and now I am building a new engine for another project that I have in mind.

The crossover pipe is included on both the RTR kit and the partial kit, also selling the turbo header alone, but it dosent include anything else. Check the auctions#2460645923 for complete kit RTR(ready to run), #2460959466 for partial kit ARTR(almost ready to run) and #2460968614 for just the turbo header. They are being sell at eBay.
Thank's
