Nice time!
You do anything different to the motor to achieve that better time? Or did you just get better traction?

Painted/machined 17x9.5 firehawk style rims with 275/40ZR17 BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW tires
same everything.
just gripped, hit a 13.8 also
it stil has more in it. i want to be able to just stall it all the way and then wot in D and it takes it all. trying to consistent mid 13s first at 100mph maybe.

or get a looser torque converter and stickier tires...hello mid 13's!
I'm curious to see how quick you'll get with just bolt ons, without even removing a valve cover.

Dang nice 60 foot and that was on streets? The fastest I could ever do was 2.0 and that was with the auto 700R4 on crappy 255 15's. I could only get a 2.1 best with my new T-5 on streets without roasting the tires. Did you have a lot of wheel spin, or just a little then it took off, or none?

i eased into it like i always do and it was taking it alot better than my other runs, so i kinda "felt" the traction and it just hooked.
yeah street radials, its mostly due to them just putting down traction compound, my usual 60 foot are 1.9's / 2.0's spinning some.
yeah i am just going to not do anything to the engine other than boltons and see what happens.
not even going to touch the tpi either

I got a stock internal motor also. I bet these cars are capable of high 12's if the chassis is set up perfect and weight reduction. skinny tires up front might help.
I have my fans on a manual switch, so i got rid of the air-dam that hangs down on the radiator. This areodynamic tip gave me .1 second better in the 1/4...
it does run 10 degrees warmer than before... about 185 now..
