Urgent Track information
Got a phone call from US 41 last night. Bad news.
It seems when papa norm passed on, his son took over the reservation part of the business. Mistakes happen, and the 11th was double booked.
I am not sure who paid the deposit first, but i do know that the other group is 300+ cars and they have already paid.
So unfortunately we got bumped to another date. This date has not yet been deteremined.
If anyone wants money back, just let me know. Sorry for the mess up, but it was out of our hands.
We are looking at possible dates right now. I do need some feedback though.
Should we push it back to late summer, or try to get a date ASAP, lets face it, we are still short people, so pushing it back may be the best option.
I would like opinions of those who have paid.

As of last talk with tim on the subject, it looks like we are moving it into later July or August.
This will let people who signed up and had to make arrangements with work or family be better able to make the rescheduled date.
We are working to get dates aligned and see what we can do, there will be a track date before the summer is out.
Thanks and sorry for the problems, at least this one wasnt our fault
thanks
Jeremy

i know you said only those who paid but i am sure there are others in my same perdicerment, but if it was pushed back i would go then, money issues kept me from putting money up now, so the later in the summer the better!

Contact Tim for a method of payment, as far as I know check, cash, money order and paypal are currently in vogue :-)
There is the chance that the gates will close in the morning and you will not get in until they track down Tim or myself to get approval and if we're racing or the like it may take awhile to track us down.

The gates will close at 10:00am, so unless you have a phone to contact someone inside the track you will be stuck out in the rain.
Last year it was pay at the track, and many people go burned and stuck with massive fee's to cover the track rental. I'm sorry to say I was one of the people who wasn't able to show up, and I hadn't prepaid. Then again, I also was without a job, and without a car at the time; I needed every penny.
