3.73 posi rearend

i have a 3.73 posi rearend with disc brakes. 300 picked up in rantoul il.

what kind of rearend? 10 bolt? do you have any pictures?

Is the posi still tight?
Are the brakes completely rusted or what's the condition?
Are all the brake lines included?

I would be able to pick up if everything sorts out.
