parting out tons of performance goodies.
well i decided to keep the car and just put in a 350 like i always wanted to.
anyways the majority of the parts on this car were replaced this past winter and only have 50 miles on them until the oil pump died and i got a spare 350 laying around begging to be put in. the only part that isnt any good is the alternator. alot of the parts were professionally painted mettalic blue to match the cars exterior at my shop, then when i installed them i didnt tighten the fuel pressure gauge and spray gas on all over them and melted the paint on some spots. the only thing im keeping is the nitrous kit and probally the transmission. PM me if interested in anything.

So these are from an 2.8 V6?

Re: parting out tons of performance goodies.
if for some reason you have a hard time selling the headers and y-pipe i'll take it off your hands, but i can't justify spending more then 100$+shipping for headers for may daily. anyway keep me in mind if it goes to a OBO situation.
good luck with your 350 swap. i looove driving my GTA w/350TPI. POWER!

Re: parting out tons of performance goodies.
It's not that bad using freight. If you get it on a pallet, they will come to you and throw it on the truck. I recently was going to buy an engine from someone in NY (to FL) and it was going to be $160. The shortblock weighs 180lbs minus the water pump and timing cover.

Hey pairtoe, you should update your list to see what you have sold and what not, still have my eye on one or two things from your list.

Few questions
Is the throttle body bigger than a stock TB?
Are the K&N Filters for an airbox?

Don't know if you have them or not based on your list, but I thought I'd ask if you had any 3.1 injectors.

Re: parting out tons of performance goodies.
yeah the injectors im selling will fit a 3.1 they are a little bigger than stock. they are 19/lbs but they work fine and dont need tunning to get the car to run/idle

Re: parting out tons of performance goodies.
I'll try to get back to you sometime either this week or next week about the injectors. I think either mine are shot or they're plugged. If my school has an injector cleaning machine or something similar, I'm going to try cleaning them (car sat over the winter in storage). If the cleaning don't help, then I suppose I'll be looking for new injectors.
Probably a dumb ???, but these will just drop right in without any stock ECM tuning, right?
