SuperRam For Sale!!

Accel SuperRam for sale. The base manifold has been gasket matched for a Fel-Pro 1205 gasket. The runners and plenum have also been gasket matched. The plenum has been siamesed to improve airflow and the runners have been blended to transition from the siamesed plenum to the base. I also have a Holley Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator that i am willing to include with the deal, it is the only AFPR that i have found that works with the superram because of clearance issues. All of these components are less than a year old and were only ran on the engine for about a month without any problems at all. Everything is in excellent condition. I can get better pictures this weekend. I am asking $800, $850 with the regulator. Prices do not include shipping.

I was asked by a couple of people why i am selling the set-up...

I am selling it because i had a machining problem on my cylinders, the cylinders were overbored and since it was a 383 the piston moves below the bore and with the oversized cylinder caused the piston to score, causing me to start over. Anyways, i have decided to go extreme and get a miniram set-up and a set of AFR heads. There is nothing wrong with the manifold. At one time i thought i had a vacuum leak, but after putting a vacuum pump on the intake i found the source of the leak to be coming from a pcv hose. Everything is in great condition.

did the siamese runners help power on your motor?

There was a guy on corvette forum that did his. Cant remember if he lost or gained power from it.

Yes, i have all of the hardware and instructions. I also have the boxes that it came in.

As far as a change in performance before and after siamesing the plenum.....I didn't notice much of a change, i don't have any numbers or anything, i think that it may have increased the topend power slightly, it definately did not hurt the performance. I would say the minimal gains are not worth the time/money of porting it. I did not notice any less power anywhere.
