I had the engine turned over while painting it and had the pan just sitting on it to cover the internals. Cylinders were taped off and timing cover was on. I have to go through with laquer thinner and clean up a few areas.

Yeah you painted the snout of the crank. I would have taken a little more time to mask it. Paint going into the timing cover only to chip off in your oil later. And on the front seal don't know how good that is. It looks good though nice job.

1978 403 Olds. Calif car, 60k miles. Needs TLC. $2800. Please come get it. I can send you more pics if interested. Have no more time nor money to fix it up. Going away to school and need my IROC to be done for this summer. Please buy it.

Hope ya found your way out to 41 in good time..

Did you have a fuel pressure regulator on your car? I need one, I still have the EFI fuel pump and need a regulator to tone the pressure down.
