Re: Parting out 1989 IROCZ

I have some else interested in the drive shaft right now but I will let you know.

The keyless entry ties into your oem wiring harness if you have power locks you can now have keyless entry. the remotes even have GM on them. It is NIB with instructions

Re: Parting out 1989 IROCZ

the short block has a Scat 9000 series crank, 6.0" Scat I beam 4340 rods 7/16" ARP bolts, pistons are Probe Industries 12337-040. I have never had it dynoed so I dont know power output. I had the Fast Burn heads on it with a Comp Cams 280 XFI cam & the HSR. The engine is sitting together still right now iw you are interested in the whole package. I do have the prom for the engine as well. I had someone interested in the ECM.

I'm interested in the oil pressure and trans temp gauges. Could you give me a little more info, like the brand and model? Also will you include the sending units?

sorry about that I should have included that info. All the gauges are Autometer Ultra-Lite's. sending units go with them.

Interrested in parts listed above if in good or better condition (the better the condition, the more I am interrested). Are you willing to ship? If so, how much for them shipped to California (90638)?

Re: Parting out 1989 IROCZ

I am willing to ship, just expect freight to be high. I qouted some one the other night in CA & was almost rediclulous. The front bumper & spoiler are 2 yrs old & in mint shape!! The rear is in above average but not perfect. no repairs made to it but it has been painted before. Still a nice piece though.

Are the seat belts in good condition and are they 3rd gen? Do you still have the black rear trim? Does that include all the trim behind the front seats to rear hatch? Will you ship to 92661, S. Cal. Thanks, Jim

Belts are in OK condition, the front ones are faded but I had tinted windows so I did not mind. They are from a 3rd gen but from an 86 so they do not have rear shoulder belts. The rear trim does include everything from the seats back except the speaker sail panels & are from the 86 as well so the seat belts match/go with the trim. shipping would about $75 since the box would be oversized.

Re: Parting out 1989 IROCZ

the harness comes out of the ECM goes into the engine bay on the right side, connects to the engine, then goes into the firewall on the left side. At the point where it meets on the left(drivers) side interior I do not have that harness.

Is the trans temp gauge still available? if so would you do $30 shipped to 39654? If the gauge pod is the one that goes on the pillar I would also be interested in it. $65 shipped on both? Also pics of the gauge and the gauge pod to evb7@msstate.edu?

Thanks,
Eric

Ps. Very interested in these parts. I'll be out of town for the weekend. be back sunday. that will be the next time I'm able to get online. PM me and please send pics.

Re: Parting out 1989 IROCZ

I'm interested in the t-tops. Do you happen to know if they would fit on a 92 z. Are they the plastic type. how badly scratched up are they. U can answer here or send to my email at r_tebo@yahoo.com. I will be driving up to nebraska the last weekend of the month and would be able to pick up. Thanks.

I would say average condition & they are glass small pin style. I am not sure if they fit a 92. I have never looked into it.
