Re: WANTED 1990-1992 TPI plenum

I am still looking for this plenum ......... If anyone has one let me know asap and I can paypal you immediately!!!!!!! ................ My friend decided to supercharge this car so a ported plenum will be fine but he still prefers the original rough casting surface on the outside ......... If you have one post a picture of it ....... again must be from a 1990-1992.

What's the difference between the 90-92 and the 85-89 plenums?

Re: WANTED 1990-1992 TPI plenum

90-92 have a port for the MAP sensor for one, and the drivers side of the plenum doesn't have an EGR port they also have the holes to mount the MAP sensor on the plenum. If you want to know what it is look on the bottom and it has a casting year.

Another thing is there is a cosmetic difference. the ribs dont come as far towards the throttle body as the earlier years.
