I sew the elastic so it does not hang, it make for a nice place to clip a cellphone or sunglasses instead of letting them fall out of the pocket on acceleration

bump bump bump, im not in a rush to sell it but its just sitting here and would look very nice in somebodys camaro/firebird,

i just got done installing my t-top console and its awesome, very easy to install, i hardwired it in without a connector and it works perfect

 

TTT for the night, make me some offers guys, i know somebody wants an overhead console, ive had mine in for only a few days and i get people gawking at it asking if it was factory (which it isnt for an 89, but it was an option in earlier thirdgens so i tell them yes), people love them

 

I actually do want one but broke trying to fix the trans... but i parted a t-top to fix my hard top... anything you need for a trade?

 

I dont really have anything i absolutley need right now, but more info on your t-top car(or a thread link if you parted it here) im sick right now so my mind isnt working right

 

Do you have the square bracket that is used by the reminder spools to flush fit the headliner to the console?

 

More often than not, most buyers and sellers aren't aware of the reinforcement piece (foam and cardboard) in question:

no i do not, but its fairly easy to make your own, i made a spacer for my t-top version to make it flush with my abs headliner

thank you james the only reason i knew about that piece was from reading up on most of ur posts about overhead consoles

 

Foam and cardboard huh? I actually needed the measurements of that piece so that I could make one out of aluminum. Yes, James was on that thread discussing it with a European member and it got a bit heated.

 

No no post here, I bought and parted it out for myself because I needed some interior pieces, rims and i took the hatch to add defrost to mine. But there's some I wont use. Like the T-Tops, there were two t-top bags in it (one in good shape, one has a hole from a mouse but not too bad), other than that I'd have to have an idea, rea seats were in good shape (i took the front), i took out all of the interior but dont need absolutly everything... I was pretty much in the "a spare is always good" mood. I took the bumper because mine didnt have the right bumper... But mines a piece by piece un-ghetto fixing...

id have to go look at my car to see if i want or need anything for it, my car is 100% complete, the only thing I've really been looking for is a posi Rear with decent gearing, other than that i have no idea, I'm hoping i will be feeling better in the morning(this sickness has been kicking my ***) and i can go throw the gauges ted sold me in to see if it fixes my problem, ill take a look around the car to see if there are pieces i need that i would be willing to trade for and get back to you

 

Yea wish i had mine back... I've got a car's worth of pieces and no where to put em.

True. BTW, the flashlight alone can go for as much as $60 or so (IIRC, I sold one for $50). BTW, I have the four hard-to-find mounting screws, should anyone be interested ($10 shipped).

ok, just need someone to want the bare console, which i will remind everybody that the bare console is show quality from what i can see, all lettering is there and not faded or rubbed off, and the dials move very nicely, then ill split everything

Remember this console is in great shape compared to most, needs minor attention to make it perfect(pouch mainly)

only pieces you will need are mounting screws(JamesC has them for sale right now for $10!) and if you want, a wiring harness(i hardwired mine, and it works fine)
