I've owned 3 92RS' never seen one of these but it was on my latest project car when I bought it and im switching over to all black interior, so I'm not using it. It is in MINT conditon, no cracks or anything. have the plastic caps that cover the mounts as well. I'm gonna put it on here first if it doesnt sell in a week or so I'll list it other places. Asking $65.00 plus shipping.

Do you have any pictures of what it looked like installed? What all does it cover? Thanks.

That's pretty cool. How does that attach to the car? Thanks.

Re: Rear hatch cover hard plastic RARE.
Just a note: For the piece to properly fit, the rear panel plastic is required as well as it has a wider 'lip' for the cover to lie on.

Hmmm, I'm interested, but will need to locate one of the back pieces, too.

Just to make sure, will it fit with the electric hatch pull-down? If so, I'd be very interested. Thanks.

Re: Rear hatch cover hard plastic RARE.
I have always liked these, it looks like a great place to mount speaker and/or a sub-woofer.
I have looked at my Camaro (non-package shelf car) and really don't understand how these attach to the car body. In your picture it looks like you have some hardware (machine nuts?) but I am still not sure how these attach to the car. From the looks of it this would bolt into the area where the gas tank is under the car (which rules out GM's favor method of attachment (self tapping screws/bolts). I had already read the information in the link JamesC posted and you can call me stupid but, this still seems vague. I might be interested in this (i understand that I am third in line, not trying to jump ahead of anyone) if you could tell me how this would attach to the car and how much effort you think it would take to retrofit it to a non-shelf car? Appreciate the info, thx.

Re: Rear hatch cover hard plastic RARE.
IIRC, there are four bolts, two per side, which come in from the backside so that only the threads are showing. The oval plastic pieces, as seen in post #1, cover the threaded bolt end and nut.
