Hello Third Gen gurus, my name is Keith and I have been apart of these forums for a long time and you guys have really helped me out of jams while restoring my 1990 Formula 305 after this wreck in 2002. Since then I have done small swapping like fuel tanks and some interior. Now I am going to part out the car piece by piece. I am a member of GMMOC and have purchased very cool parts off here, like the air induction box and lid for the power bulge hood.

Here is the 1989 Formula, the black paint on it was brand new when I purchased it and was done by a local talented painter.



I smacked a pine tree going about 30MPH due to ice and that is what was done after removing everything. Anything except the block + internal components and transmission is for sale.


The car has been kept under tarps and always in this dog house covering 90% of the car from the elements, especially rain.

I have both the door cup holders and the working retractable shade. I just need sometime to get prices put on everything requested so far.

Also I wanted to mention this is obviously a WS6 car and the suspension and associated materials only have ~92k miles on them. The quality of parts here is very high and is pretty much a complete 90 Formula minus what I'm keeping.

I have all heater parts, but what is damaged is unknown until I start tearing into it. What specific heater parts?

Hey guys, I haven't really gone into it, but I thought I would talk about it. I am a chronic severe neck pain patient who is trying to get money together to pay medical bills; this is because my condition is still a mystery outside of the structural problem:








You can see how this happened in a quick video, I am 54 in the right bottom corner of your screen and I'll be going for the tail back, it plays again in slow mo:


I had two shoulder surgeries for football so I didn't have good shoulders, instead I hit people with my head up and my face mask to any side of their helmet. I probably did this a few hundred times and then you get where I am now.

Right now I am refusing to be on disability because of my conservative views, even though I am unable to hold down a job due to 24/7 pain and had to leave Electrical Engineering my Jr year at a top 20 Engineer School in the US (NCSU) + an IT Job for the Dept Waste Management.

Anyway I really need to sell these parts and I appreciate any interest in them. I took some new pictures after wiping stuff off with some Windex:

Obviously the parts are not perfectly clean as I just gave it a quick wipe down. I am showing these parts because I have had interest in them in terms of PM.

Good luck with the part sales, I feel your pain Just had a herniated disc replaced first part of the year because some a hole was txting and rear ended me on a freeway off ramp for 55mph.

 

Thanks man and I'm sorry to hear about your neck problem. Mine is mainly muscular/tendon with some movement at C2 pushed back into the spinal cord slightly and angled off alignment. I have been getting help and have been off pain meds for about 4 months now after about 5 years of being on them daily. Be very careful with the pain meds, they can be a bigger problem than the injury.

 

cymbalta 60mg helps some and I take vicodin when we have much barometric changes. Would wish these issues on anyone. Your car was beautiful sorry about the accident.

 

So far only thing taken is the Catalytic Converter in the Engine/Exhaust related materials

It is the single, but due to the crash it was damaged anyway. Sorry about that.

 

Guys I just wanted to make it clear, anything that you can unbolt from the motor is for sale and so is the drive shaft and rear end and any parts associated with them.

When I say I am keeping the motor/tranny, I mean simply the block/internal components and transmission. Anything else is for sale, for example: Water Pump, AC, Exhaust Manifolds, Intake Manifold, Throttle Body, Distributor, Computer, Wiring Harness (partial or complete), etc.

I haven't sold a single item off this motor/driveline except the torque converter cover, lol. I know this is a 305 TBI, but I am willing to sell anything except for internal engine components/block. Meaning if it unbolts from the motor, I am willing to sell it. The only thing that was really damaged in the wreck was the radiator/fan, even the pulley system is still intact. I would even sell the heads and intake off the motor if someone needed a replacement for their 305, just nothing that can't be unbolted (cam/crank/etc). So come on, lets hear some inquiries!
