Does the fuel tank fit a 1986 firebird?

 

As far as I know there were no great design changes in the fuel tank or the anatomy of the rear end throughout the years so yes it should

 

(Lightbulb) fuel injected or carb'd?

 

Car was originally fuel injected but was swapped over to 350 carb by previous owner. I'm actually local to you - live in Huntersville.

Just sent the car to the shop to get it running and I'm 90% sure it needs a new tank (among other things, like exhaust)
