All parts are off of a 1988 Pontiac Firebird I just recently parted out.

1) 305 short block (rebuilt)w/ approx. 15k miles on it. Motor had 8.39:1 comp w/ 64cc heads. Has mild cam (specs unknown). Stock crank and rods, Mellings oil pump. Asking $250

3) Edelbrock Performer intake manifold for SBC $ 40

6) Pertronix Dist. advance kit $10 (brand new)

7)Edelbrock Carb 600cfm manual choke #1405. works good $60

8) Aluminum pulleys 5 rib w/ v-belt for Power steering $40

9) Vacuum canister $15

10) chromoly push rods $25

11) Stock aluminum radiator ( in excellent shape) $50

What year is the engine you have for sale?Is it a roller motor,centerbolt style valve covers.I live in effort pa and need a new engine for my Iroc-z.Thanks

 

It is the original block but it has trick flow heads and an aftermarket cam. Heads are for sale separately. I am selling the short block. I will have a better idea of what crank, rods and pistons are in it when I pull the heads off tomorrow.

U need this short block tuned ! Lol them hyper flattops r 151$ set and would help that boosted 305 u got get out the hole a little better from more static cr ! High boost/high comp ! = fun lol or broke parts :-/

You are thinking of a xarbon canister. This is foe a car with a big cam so you xan retain your power brake and other vacuum assisted accessories.

 

is that a flowmaster muffler? How much? (if it's not rotted out)
