gull wing door kit
Title of thread should have asked about "scissor door" or Lambo kits. Apologize for the confusion.

Gull wing doors on a 3rd gen?
Never heard of it being done. With how heavy our doors are good luck with that!

I'd bet he's talking about scissor doors. The kind that come on lambos and such.

there is a lot of extra motion in those doors. Not only do they go up and down but they go in and out as well.

Re: gull wing door kit
Actually, I have thought of doing gull wing doors. With a t top car it sort of fits. Certainly wouldn't want to use the stock doors, though. Some custom composite doors would be in order. It would take a lot of work for sure. Problem is you wouldn't have ttops anymore and to me that's the best part of a third gen, so I decided against it. I'll save it for my 300zx spaceship project.
If the original poster did in fact mean gull wing, no there's no kit. Never actually seen a gull wing "kit " for any car.

Re: gull wing door kit
This is where somebody would usually post the very amusing picture of the Honda and Gallardo with the caption"lambo doors... So played out even Lamborghini doesn't have them". We might not see that one again as the new lambos and even some other super cars have scissor doors again.
Here's the key to have cool lambo doors: DONT USE THE STOCK DOOR!!
Even if you only care about cool and not functionality, make custom composite doors. Especially on our cars, suspending a 50lb+ door in the air indicates your level of engineering intelligence.
