Hello, I have a question, is it possible to have the front frame rail rebuilt to mount the steering box to the frame or I was told the frame is a 2 piece and I could get a new front frame and have it welded. Here are a few pics, any thought welcome please!

From the looks of it its rusted out you may need a new frame rail you can find them T/A creations have them

That crack is a huge safety issue, have that section of the rail replaced and welded in. Failure will be catastrophic when it lets go. Just my two cents.

The car isn't being driven, we had it towed. We took out the broken steering box. What we aren't sure of is, is it a k member that we would need to replace or when you hear talk of replacing the front clip? We have found a whole front end, I'll add the pic. My friend isn't sure what part I need to get to replace this and fix the problem, without patch welding a piece on.

If everything comes out the way it should you can mount a "steering brace" AKA Wonder Bar to help prevent that.

The whole thing had broke off so he just pulled the steering box out as it was leaking. Prior owner had installed a wonder bar but as it seems that was a little to late because it broke completely off the frame. I'm just not sure what we need to buy to fix it if we don't want to fabricate a piece and weld it on......?

Yes, it costs less to buy and install a steering brace (aka wonderbar) than to repair the cracked frame the steering gear box is mounted to.
