1987 Camaro IROC, Mint, LT1 motor
I'm selling my baby. I've had this car since I was 19 and it's been my project for the last 5 years. I finally completed it about 2 years ago, and now I don't have the time to have fun with it :-(. I've put almost triple my asking price into this car so it hurts a lot to have to let it go. Let's get to the goodies.
The car has 11,800 miles on it. No, I'm not kidding. The previous owner bought the car brand new, reinforced the frame, and took it to drag racing only. He eventually got the car down to 9.4 seconds in the 1/4 mile. The body is in *pristine* condition, and the interior was wrapped in plastic during most of this cars existence. Hell even the seats in the car were wrapped in bags and never really sat in until I bought the car and put it back on the street. The car still smells dealer fresh on the inside. I've taken care of the paint using a meticulous Zaino process, it absolutely shines, I've taken 1st prize at a few car shows. The engine bay detailing is superb, considering it's a 19 year old engine bay with heavy customization.

Re: 1987 Camaro IROC, Mint, LT1 motor
I haven't been to a track with this car ever yet, so no 1/4 times for you guys. I expect the car to run high 11's with slicks/skinnies.
I'm looking for cash, I already have another car I take pride in, but thanks for your interest.

It looks nice, functionality leaves much to be desired. It's certainly a conversation piece though.

This car is MINT! I can appreciate all the work that went into it. Your from CT and yet I haven't seen this car at any CTFBA events. Are you a member (connecticut f-body association) ?

I was a member back when the ctfba first started, about 2002ish. I haven't attended any events since then :-(.

NOOOO!!!! If it were for sale 2 years from now I would have bought it right away. I think the new owner got a great deal.
