Must Sell 1988 Iroc 350tpi Auto Florida Car Cheap
Im located in New Port Richey Florida just north of Tampa and well I have a new baby on the way so I have to sell my old one. I have had this car for about 3yrs and really love it. It is an 88 350tpi auto black/black. It was just painted and I havent had a chance to put any decals on it. The engine is the original L98 with all of the emmisions removed. The 700R4 was replaced 1yr ago. It is out of a Iroc that had 60,000 on it and the only reason I got it was because of a T-5 swap in its original owner. The rear end is out of an 89 Formula 350. I had some strange noises out of the original and this one has a little better gear (3.27) and I think the disc brake setup on the Formula was a little better then the disc mine came with? The car has been for the most part daily driven except for bad weather when its not very much fun. I have taken it to the track. It's best has been 14.2 without NOS and 13.01 with. (on steet tires) The 100 shot of NOS really works great on this car. It pulls hard the whole way instead of falling off at about 70mph. If you have had an L98 before you know what I mean. They are torque monsters. It has a 3in flowmaster cat back(no cat) with custom dual 3in out, (Sounds Great) B&M Ratchet Shifter with NOS button on the T-handle, Nitrous Works wet kit with purge, K&N air filters, CD Player, 600 watt Fosgate Amp running 2 12" Sony Explodes, 200 Watt Amp running custom front 4 1/4s and rear Sony Explode 6x9s, power black leather interior out of 95 Z28 (drivers seat ripped, I have the full leather back seat but it is removed for the bottle, all is perfect except for the drivers seat) Good 235/60/15s all around in good shape. The only problems this car has is that it needs a headliner and the rotors are a little warped, but honestly that is all. I really hate to get rid of this car but I have to. I'm asking $2,500 for it. If there is anything specific you want to know about it let me know but I cant really think of much more to tell. It has about 135,000 miles which I dont think is to bad for an 88. I had a lot of plans for the car that I never got a chance to do. (headers, headliner, adj. fuel pressure reg.) It was originaly maroon when I bought it and I painted it red, it was red for a couple of years and had some of the usuall dings and scratches so I decided to paint it again and went black. A lot of my friends liked it better red and I have to admit that it looked good red but also when I painted it I also changed the rims and tires so that made a big difference too. I'll post a pic of when it was red just to give you and idea. I did have 20in rims on it to but it rode like **** with them so they had to go. It looked really good with them so I hated to do it but there is something to be said for drivability. The B&M ratchet shifter makes it tough for some people to drive it that dont know what they are and how they work but I love it. If you get a chance I will be more then happy to let you take it for a test drive. The only problem with it right now is the warped rotors, I just havent got a chance to change them, but I drive the car almost everyday. I really need to sell this car so I'm gonna ask $2500 for it. I have 3 times that into it and I understand that you dont get out what you put in but if I cant get that I wont sell it. Thanks for looking, and please give this car a good home. It is well worth it.

The engine and body have around 135,000. The tranny has about 70,000. I dont remember how many miles the Formula 350 had that I got the rear-end out of but it works good. The only big mod to the engine is the 100 shot of NOS, the rest is all little things.(Mallory wires, K&N filters, mallory coil) The trans is stock from an 87 Iroc that had 60,000 on it that did a T-5 swap.(about 10,000 miles ago and still working perfect)
