Show Quality 1992 Camaro V-8
See Nashville Craigslist ad for 24 pics.
I have had a lot of fun driving this, sad to see it go, but it's time to find this extraordinarily clean and meticulously maintained Camaro another caring home.
Timeless 1992 Convertible Camaro RS in Nashville. V-8, 5.0L, automatic, 25th Anniversary Heritage Edition, 79,700 miles, final year of the Third Generation Body Style, eligible for Antique Tags in less than 1 year.
Camaro looks brand new. Newly repainted white (red stripes were removed), retro red interior is flawless. Everything is mechanically sound, exceptionally strong engine. All power options work (windows, locks, mirrors), Cold A/C, Cruise Control works, tilt works, original radio works, all lights work, wipers in great shape, all tires have plenty of tread, dashboard looks new. Everything on this Camaro works with the exception of the passenger-side speakers. Trunk has a surprising amount of storage space. Camaro takes inexpensive Unleaded Fuel. Has 2 sharp looking black exhaust pipes.
Since April 2015 here is what I have put into this car:
Front brake pads, rotors, fuel pump, water pump, lower radiator hose, rear differential cover gasket, transmission service, crank distributor, serpentine belt, battery, air filter, multiple oil changes (most recent 1/29/16), new floor mats, new antenna, new front turn signal covers (old ones were foggy), and new power window switches (windows and switches worked perfectly but after 24 years the paint on the switches became worn out). I have all of these receipts.
There is minimal sun fading on the top of the rear seats, however, none of the seats in the car have any tears/rips or show any kind of wear (they look brand new). The top is in good shape, back plastic window is clear and crack-free.
This car has been meticulously cared for and garage kept or under car cover by both of it's owners. It has been waxed 3 times since May 2015. I have personally always washed/cleaned it with micro fiber towels only. I have never raced this car, it's only been on the interstate 3 or 4 times since I have had it, I used it to cruise the town not the race track or interstate. Camaro comes with car cover, steering wheel lock, extra hard to find third brake light bulb, cleaning products, and a Camaro parts catalog.
I'm the second owner (first owner from Louisville, Kentucky). I do not have to sell, this is not my daily driver. Whoever gets it will enjoy it even more than I did because I have done all the work.
Save yourself the time, money, and headache of making a Third Generation Camaro this quality. Since owning this Camaro I have only seen a handful of them on the road, none were convertibles, and none looked this good.
This soon-to-be classic Camaro will only go up in value as it's the final year of the highly desired and very limited Third Generation body style, it's a convertible, it's the 25th Anniversary Edition, it's a V-8, it will officially be a classic in less than 1 year, it has low miles, and is in stunning shape.
Clean title in hand.
$9,500 cash, firm, no trades. Market and Haggerty say this is a VERY fair price.

Re: OFF TO STORAGE SOON! 1992 Convertible Camaro 25th Anniversary
Just noticed something else that didn't seem to be right on this car.. Tach is yellow at 5500 and red at 6000. An L03's tachometer should be yellow at 4500 and red at 5000 RPM...

Re: OFF TO STORAGE SOON! 1992 Convertible Camaro 25th Anniversary
Dealer (The Car Factory in Louisville) repaired gauges and perhaps the cluster itself. Good eye and thanks for bringing it to my attention. First I have heard of that.

Re: Show Quality 1992 Camaro V-8
Ive kicked myself in the pants long enough for not buying this car bighitdb9. I wish I would have when I had the chance. Lord knows Ive spent this amount on a cheaper car and it still isnt as nice as yours. I looked at it for a long time as you are local to me just down the street more or less.
Someone needs to buy this car. Its a beauty for sure!
