'91-'92 Z28 6spd/T-Top, BUILT, Willing To Pay Top Dollar
I use to live on this site years ago when I was obsessed with Third Gen's. Had owned and built five before moving on as things really began to blossom for me so I started building bigger un-needed toys(Grand National's, Z06's, Terminator's, Diesels, Lambo's, yada, yada). My heart has always been with a Third Gen and would love to get back to my roots. Would love to find one that has what I'm looking for before I buck up and build one. Heck, I'd even love to find my last '91 Z28(in my sig), last I knew it went to Indiana years ago.
Want a '91 - '92 TRUE Z28 car. If it's a factory RS or a IROC, it would have to blow my mind.
- 6spd Swap
- Built Factory L98 block or Built LSx swap
- TTops, either factory or aftermarket. Will look at hardtops as well.
- Exceptionally Clean Inside/Out
- Not looking for "rare"/drag/project
UPDATE June/2018!!!
- I have an LS7 and other performance parts in my shop. I will be okay with a good base car to work with to do a one-off build
- '91 - '92 True Z28 Car
- 305/5spd/TTop car
- Clean Title
Can travel across the country if price is right. Willing to spend good money if the vehicle is insanely astonishing. PM me or shoot me a text or call, 417-434-6164. Thanks guys. Tell your friends!

Hey hey! Thanks for the compliments. I supercharged a Z06, put a massive SC on a Cobra. Both over 600hp. Just wasn't the same as an ol' cammed out Third Gen... and a lot more expensive. Ha!
I'm stuck between getting a built CTS-V and a built Third Gen. A V is one of the few things left on my bucket list I haven't built yet.

A CTS-V is on my bucket list as well... I was looking at picking up a car to drive when I get out and go to college. It was between an 04-05 CTS-V, 04-06 GTO, or an LS Swapped thirdgen... I just recently picked up an Ls1 T56 Iroc. Good luck on your search!

STILL looking. Bought a house and bought and sold a few toys since I last posted. Looked at a built 2007 and a 2010 CTS-V this past week. Would love to stumble upon an extremely nice Third Gen. My cell is in the first post!

Bought a monster of a 2006 CTSV while back but... still hasn't filled the need to want another Third Gen.
Still looking to buy a '91-'92 Z outright or would consider using the V as collateral if you want to add cash.

I'm still in the hunt. Buying and selling toys on the side but want that perfect Third Gen.

Still looking. Currently have a very nice 2004 Corvette C5 6spd with 70k miles and C6 Wheels with new Hankook tires I'd use as trade bait. Book/Loan value over 20k but would work a deal if someone is wanting to trade up.

I'd just build another one. I couldn't trust anyone to do it to my standards, anyways.

Re: '91-'92 Z28 6spd/T-Top, BUILT, Willing To Pay Top Dollar
I'd considering selling my Iroc, but I would have to get a pretty penny for it... 86 Iroc-Z, T-Tops, currently putting the AC back in. 4th gen dash swap with fully functioning dash... Spent over 10 hours modifying the HVAC ducts so all the vents function as they should. Engine bay coolant bumps shaved... Mods in sig... I feel it is pretty close to being a really nice ride!
Only reason is I am getting close to finishing it, and I plan to bring my Firebird out and start rebuilding it to be a monster.

Re: '91-'92 Z28 6spd/T-Top, BUILT, Willing To Pay Top Dollar
I'm the guy who bought your Z-28 off you back in 2008. I'm contemplating selling it so I thought I'd let you know. It's in even better shape than when you sold it to me! The list of upgrades is so long I really can't remember everything but I'll tell what the drivetrain is to give you an idea. 420 cubic inches, dart shp block, 4340 forged eagle 3.875 stroke crank, 4340 forged eagle 5.85 h beam rods, Srp 4.155 4032 pistons. Afr 220 competition ported heads, tpis zz-x cam, both miniram and single plane intakes go with it. Also has a procharger d1sc with a 1300 hp rated intercooler. D&d built t56, spohn heavy duty driveshaft with 1350 joints at both ends, 12 bolt with 3.73 gears, 35 spline axles, and wavetrac differential. Built with the best parts I could get. I haven't listed it for sale yet, but if I can't get 20k I'll keep it because I have way more invested in it than that. 700 plus whp

We couldn't make that one work. I have an LS7 that I'd like to use. Looking for the donor car(305, 5spd, TTop) if I don't find a car set up the way I'd like it. I fully expect to go overboard and make it a one-off build with the Lamborghini and the built CTSV sold.

Re: '91-'92 Z28 6spd/T-Top, BUILT, Willing To Pay Top Dollar
I know its not exactly what you want but its clean! I have a 91 Z28 hardtop 350 car. 59K miles. Grey leather interior. Interior is a 8 out of 10. same for paint. It has a few mods done to it but I have all the factory parts I removed. Only holes drilled in the car were for the STB. No wiring at all has been hacked into. Bottom of the car is almost perfect. Runs perfect. Pull the drivetrain out and sell it and put yours in. Engine has around 290-300hp. Clean title. Asking $14,500

Appreciate the offer bud. Good looking car! I've looked at some LS2/6spd swapped '91-'92's for around that price. Just be too much money for me to invest in something only to tear it apart.
