It is very hard to make a streetable 600hp NA 350. You will either need to stroke it or add some sort of power adder to get that kind of number. I will move this to the carb section for you but they may choose to lock it since your motives are a bit scewed.

Look for a thread titled something like "lets talk about 500 hp N/A builds" or something like that. you will see that while high hp engines ARE possible out of a 350, you lose pretty much all street manners.

You want a 600 hp N/A? Go build an SB2.

I have seen what TT Supras can do. you wont beat him without a power adder, biger cubes, etc.

possible? well of course everything is

streetable? i'd put my money on no

likely? if you got pockets deep enough

if i were you i'd go with either a BBC or a 383 stroker and try something from there, but without a power adder or lots of cubes 600 hp is a tough number to get to. and if you get to 400 or 500 and aren't happy just strap on some giggle gas and call it a day.

Getting above 500hp in a 350 is going to take some exotic parts - not to mention precise machine work so the puppy stays together at 7500rpm. It would be a lot smarter to build a bulletproof 400hp 350 and then add 200hp nitrous. It would also be a lot cheaper and 100% streetable.

My uncle was a state legislator. That doesn't mean I knew what was passed into law.

"600 HP NA 350" and "streetable" don't belong in the same sentence.

i'm not here to argue, its the not the point of the board, but I will believe my uncle who helps build Nascar truck racing engines for a living over anyone here who wants to challenge the HP rating they make

I don't see why you'd want to stay NA; just get your own TT setup.

I have to agree with the "unstreetable" claim. I am getting almost 600 out of my 327 (12.5:1 pistons), there is no muffler that will quiet it and it is a pain to try to drive it anything under like 60 mph. I have now gone to 5:60 gears with a 5000 stall converter...maybe this will help the thing drive down a residential street.
Upside is that it can be done and it sure gets attention!

As the quote goes "Whats the similarities between a 500HP supra and a 1200HP supra? --- THEY BOTH RUN 12s"

Chances are this 600HP supra is just a dyno queen like most other supras.
