Power Window Relay Location
i just got this 91 z28 and the windows dont go down. the fuse was beat and i changed that but cant locate the relay, can anyone show me with a pic or a good description which one it is as there's like 3+ big relays i've found so far. 2 behind brake master cylinder and i see one near the battery. also everything else power works, the locks and hatch pop are powered so i dont think its a wiring issue, plus they worked when i first looked at the car but maybe from overcharging the batter it killed the relay n fuse....? any help appreciated.

Re: Power Window Relay Location
They don't have relays. If the motors are not functioning, and the switches are good, and the wiring is good, then it's the window motor itself. They don't use relays because they have built in circuit protectors inside the motors - if there's too much draw (ie motor not working), ten the motor itself shuts down and resets in a few minutes. There's a great article here about swapping out motors without removing the regulators from the door - I've done it this way on several cars and it works great.

There is a circuit breaker in the fuse block for it labeled WDO.
Also, good info from camaronewbie.
Before you replace the motors, you want to know if they’re good or bad.
So now it’s time to troubleshoot.
Check the breaker in the fuse block for 12 volts in and out.
If the breaker is OK use a test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester)
or voltmeter to see if you have power at the pink wire going to the switches.
Is there power there?
If yes, see if power gets to the motors when rocking the switches.
