Beautiful car man. Hard to find 3rd gens that were so well cared for!
Is that spoiler OEM ? If not where did you get it? It looks more agressive than the factory wrap around spoiler.

I am just too busy with other things right now, my girls keep me moving. So I figured I would list it and see if I get any bites. Worst case, it does not sell and I still have a great car.

The craigs list ad shows 97 miles. What is the actual mileage? Does it have the original drive train? Has it been rebuilt? Do you have the AC components? Is it the original paint? I have a red 89 305TPI / 5 speed without T-tops, but would love to have the tops!

I just fixed the mileage in the ad. I typed in 97xxx since I still drive it, however CL did not like that. Drive train all original and in great shape, car is a repaint by prior owner, The AC compressor was on the way out, and condenser cooling fins were badly damaged impeding airflow to radiator and engine compartment so I deleted the system and smog to clean up the engine bay. Makes working under the hood so much easier. I did not save the parts. If the car had lower mileage I would have gone in a different direction and not deleted the system.

I become all emotional and not rational when I see a master piece like this one for sell. Red would go well with blue. Unfortunately I have no room to store more cars. To me your selling price is a steal for the shape she's in.

I do not have the numbers. I believe that the General did not make those available for sub models with specific engine and trans combos un till the early nineties. Based on other members and threads posted here the number is probably off by 450. Either way I think we can agree they were a good performer and a rare combo to find. They only made 4 1LE birds in 89? So this is the next best thing. Very fun car.
