I remember getting both sizes. The one in the pic holds a 16oz bottle of soda. My gal has the bigger one in her 91RS vert because she likes a large ice tea from McDonalds and it holds it. Just get both, they're cheap enough. BE REAL CAREFUL DRILLING THE HOLE. YOU ONLY GET ONE CHANCE, TRUST ME!! MEASURE/MEASURE AGAIN/CALCULATE/THEN MESSURE AGAIN.. enjoy! Stone

Re: Cupholder Idea?
I have a couple, but they aren't far enough along to show. One idea is to have holders that flip out from inside the glove box onto that blank area just in front of it. The other is to just mount a couple of cup holders on top of that blank area.... hooking the plastic lip on either side of the console.
If you make your holders shallow enough (about the height of the glove box top) then they don't look out of place. You'd be surprised how well shallow holders work.... just look at the "biggie" cups at fast food restaurants and how only an inch or two of the cup fits in the holder.
Either way, I'm not a huge fan of cutting up the interior to add them in.

Re: Cupholder Idea?
Old thread probably not a new idea,
Used the mounting screws from the ash tray. fabbed up the mount and the holder a little welding and some paint and like $100 later my version of a $13 cup holder:-)
Works great and no cutting or drilling.

Re: Cupholder Idea?
Could just find some old 3rd gen door cup holders and install.
