first time taking my camaro to the track tomorrow for test and tune. nothing real special. gen1 SBC, 350. th350, 10" stall, shift kit. 3.73 gear. 100 shot. 27x10x15 slicks. 750 holley vaccum secondary. hyd flat tappet, 268 duration, .488 lift with 1.6s. EPS intake. hooker shorties, 2 1/2 duals with h-pipe. flat tops with 305 heads. typical bucket of bolts. any guesses?

Cut a good 60' and I'd guess anywhere from 12.5 to 11.7

Don't get your hopes up. You should get a 9 second 1/8 mile ET if everything works properly. I think those restrictive heads will be holding you back. I highly doubt you'll get an 8 second 1/8 mile ET.

i was running neck and neck with a buddy street racing with worn out drag radials, 12" converter and no bottle. he runs 8.3-8.5. i guess i'll know later. loaded up and ready to go soon. hoping for good weather.

first 3 passes were 8.7s.
last pass was 8.39, 82mph.
i was slowly starting to figure it out. interesting my buddy couldnt get under a 9.0 that claimed 8.3s.
it was a learning experience and we had a lot of fun.

yes, with 100 shot, but not off the line. i only footbraked it to about 2,000rpm, then sprayed from 2nd gear on. i was fighting traction issues. still think i could let more air out. pretty sure i was running 14lbs?
