Evap replacement?
In my slow process of cleaning up the engine bay, I keep looking at the evap canister and hate it. It's massive, ugly, and the hoses are just an eye sore. I have heard that we can swap it out with a smaller one from another car. What would be a good replacement evap?

Re: Evap replacement?
You should look into swapping a later 4th gen tank I think the 99-02. They're plastic and have the EVAP stuff mounted to it, with a vacuum line run to the motor.
I'm not sure what needs to be done to have the EVAP system functional, but a few members here have done it.

Re: Evap replacement?
That sounds like a fun project
I will have to look into the process and see if I can do it. My car is my daily and I would either have to be able to do it in less than a few days or get a nice rental
thanks for the idea
