Best Injector choice for stock 305 TPI?
Guys,
I have cruised the site for well over an hour and have yet to glean a sure answer to my question. I'm certain this has been around countless times and I get that the stock 1985 TPI injectors are fault prone but what is the best choice for replacement injectors for my (basically) stock 305 TPI motor? Is it a safe bet that the Bosch Gen II that SFI sells are the top choice or am I missing something?
I did install a slightly hotter chip in the ECM which simply adds some fuel. Sorry to be a bore but I'd like to get straight on this issue.
Thanks, Randy

you can use the 19lb bosch gen ll's or the 19lb bosch lll's. Bosch is an awesome product. Hands down. Extremely efficient and reliable.

Thanks, Southbay- Do you guys carry the 19lb bosch lll's?
NEVER MIND, I see them on your site.
Any advantage with the 19lb bosch lll's?

Well, the genll's are the older style bosch. They have a 4 spray pattern and actually atomize the fuel very well. It 's a fine injector....we sell them all the time. The bosch lll is the newer design of the two. It has the 4 spray pattern as well, however the atomization is a little better on these due to the newer design. You can't go wrong with either one.
