Reminder, this is open to any RWD or FWD ... or what ever Todd can fit and run on the dyno. So if you have a bimmer or a 'vette, or pretty much anything you want to dyno ... bring it! We have about 15 people, give or take ... invite who ever you may know, the more the merrier. Ok I updated the list.
Let me know if I left anyone out, and any info that may be incorrect.

I don't care what breaks on the car as long as it runs good when I get back. If the clutch blows I expect to see your 700R4 installed with at least a new stock converter, quality cooler, and a well made panel to cover the shifter hole.
What I don't know won't hurt me. And if the rear blows you have a perfectly acceptable one under the RR to install as a replacement. Of course those replacement items would be on the same terms of the british Lend-Lease plan of WWII, i.e. you'll get them back in whatever shape, whenever I'm done with them. Just be careful on the amount of juice (<125 shot) you run through the motor. Remember to tell them they have one chance to beat you before they pull your run slip. So make the first (and only) run count. I suggest jerry as the first victim and then vincent. Just be sure to say it's a "run whatcha brung" race and you're set.
........Of course I want all my broken parts back too.

I regretfully have to report that Strictly Dyno is no longer in business, they have been sold. How does this affect the dyno day ... I will be looking into other venues to hest our dyno day, so have no fear. If anything, it will probably be rescheduled. I will keep everyone informed of the situation. Thanks you!

If I may offer a suggestion, there is Brother's Performance that is here in the Inland Empire. I believe that James has had pulls done there before and said that they were an amiable group, Rusty has also purchased some parts from them. Also it's actually pretty much a Rustang shop, so what would be better than to fill it with F-Bodies for a day

You guys might want to try this place out:
http://www.racesolutions.com/services/services.htm
I dynoed my car there and they were pretty friendly. It's a V.W. and Audi shop in La Habra. They mentioned to me that they do rent the dyno out to clubs from time to time. They're open on Saturday's by appointment unless they have races or shows scheduled. It's $500 to rent the dyno for the day (8 hours) and that includes an operator and wide band. The only problem you guys might run into would be parking, their parking lot is fairly full w/ customer cars.

UPDATE
Ok folks here is the update! I was able to find a place here in Chatsworth, it is the LAPD www.thelapd.com Cost is a tad more, but they were able to accomodate us.
Location: 10155 Canoga Ave. Chatsworth, Ca 91311 (818) 998-3966
Time: 9AM
Cost: $50/3 pulls w/O2 and printouts
Now what I need from you ... I need everyone that plans to attend to be a serious definate! We are limited on the amount of cars, I will not accept any after-shows (don't show up at the day of the dyno and expect to get dynoed). You can bring a friend or family as support though.

Sorry to hear that Randy.
Well, there is the final list for those attending the dyno day on 8/14/04. The list is now closed to more entries, as I have submitted it to The LAPD (Los Angeles Performance Division), here in Chatsworth. I look forward to seeing all of you that signed up, as well as any 'spectators' we may have.

Ok folks, I need everyone that is going to attend to be there no later than 10AM, otherwise you may not be able to dyno. This way we can get everyone in and out as quickly as possible and allow time for everyone to get there run on the dyno. Also, please do not try and do changes in between your dyno runs, this will delay other participants that will follow, possibly not allowing them to get to dyno. Thank you very much and see you all there!

I have been asked if we could all pitch in for lunch, we are going to be treated to pizzas for lunch. I am guessing $5-$10 bucks will do per person. See all of you there at 9AM (no later than 10AM).
