In another post of this board, Mark A. Shields says that proshaver.com will give a discount on a group purchase. You may want to check it out. I think Mark paid $870.

yup, check out www.proshaver.com for deals on these heads. Very nice guy, said group purchase of 3 and he would sell them for the sale price I got, $880 shipped.

Hey, if you can find another guy to do a group purchase with, I'm in! i was just looking at those heads for the 406 I'm building up! Do you think they'd give us a deal even if I just wanted the bare heads, I already have al the valvetrain ready to go?

I don't see why not, he might even do a group purchase of 2. Just let the guy Bob, who usually answers the phone, that Mark Shields who ordered a set a few weeks ago, and talked to him about group purchase, told you about www.proshaver.com

ProShaver was really helpful. I found the better deal for bare heads at LM engines. www.lmengines.com

$495 for a bare set.
