Spohn should be comming out with his various k-members and STB's. I think there are more than a few people that are chomping on the bit for that.

I will be so glad when he does FINALLY bring out the k-member. It frees up so much room in the front bottom of the compartment... Heck I could care less about weight savings it gives, the room is awesome...

I want a HSR with EGR provisions. The best we can do (legally) here in Cali is the super ram.

Replacement molded GTA door panels made of ABS plastic or fiberglass instead of cardboard. And of course the matching armrests to go with them. The screw covers for the armrests would be nice too.

he's been promising alot more then a year now....keep waiting.

as for the hsr. just do some fab work yourself and make it fit, currently adapting one to my fastburns. isnt that much work, just hope it's beneficial as so many of you claim.

Waiting for HSR for vortecs as well......

Kandied, how are you adapting it to fit your fastburns? I know it doesn't take much to make them bolt up, but aren't the intake ports still going to be off?

nope...just need to build up the welds a bit where it bolts up. shave it down where necessary and port match. sounds like alot but isn't too much for the novice.

I agree...I don't think Steve Spohn has any near plans to build a k-member or a-arms since there already offered by 3 different companies (although 2 are the same thing).

The Vortec HSR seems like it's gonna happen. But like kandied said you should be able to mod one to fit if you can't wait for the vortec version.
BTW kandied....how come you didn't try the ramjet setup? I thought you had a mini-ram 3 setup already......what didn't you like about it?

casting was poor...very expensive to fix. once it was fixed it didn't bring the volume it claimed so i ported it extensively which wasn't cheap. still didn't bring the volume it should have. injector area is built pretty shabby, not nearly as effective as it could be. thermostat housing design is poor, got tired of dealing with it's issues.

lastly, it's built by tpis. i don't want anything on my car with their name on it. overall it's an effective intake if you can deal with it's issues. however it's over priced and over rated.

i'd rather go a little slower and have something better built. i'm trying both a stealth and super ram on the car to compare. we'll see what happens. if need be i'll put a stock tpi intake on the car and leave it alone.

You can always go the route I did...buy the holley vortec multi-port intake and fuel rails then use your choice of a holley or accel 4 barrel throttle body. That would allow you to make that ss hood fully functional with ram air! Food for though anyways.

It should run really good on my 383 when I get it done. Although...if someone had a ram jet intake with the fuel rails and throttle body....I'd be willing to trade so I could try one on a 383 with e-tec 200's.

doesn't sound like a bad idea...in honesty there are so many different ways to go about changing the power. wish i had just put a cam and blower on the stock motor and left it alone would have been 1/3 the price and alot more fun.

o'well...

I'd like to see some choices in seat upholstery kits. My car has standard seats and my choice is torch red upholstery in a cheap material, that's it. Million or so of these cars around that are due for some seat work, looks like someone would get on the ball. There's my rant for the day.

Kandied91Z -

Why are you changing out the mini-ram? If you want to make more power than the mini-ram, then go EFI Victor Jr. Air-gap and use an elbow that accepts the TPI style throttle bodies. Or do the above and get a 4 barrel Accel TB and use the standard round style carb air cleaner. Then retune ECM.
