Do not deal with these guys.

-Brett (owner/manager/whoever answer the phone) is a *****.
-Horrible Customer Service.

I have dealt with them 4 times, 3 of which were bad experiences.
-Buy a LT1 engine to swap. He asked what it was for and basically told me he would not sell it to me.
-Buy a 4th gen Rear. Same thing.
-Buy LT1 disc brake swap. 1st phone call, he tells me to come and get it and hangs up. 2nd phone call, I asked why he hung up and he said cause we were done. I told him we were not and that I wanted it shipped to me. He took my info, gave me a total and I waited. A week goes by. We are in the same town, it should take 2 days at most to get me the parts. I call to check on the order and he tells me due to the shipping address being different than the billing address, it wouldnt go through. No calls, nothing. Its been another week and still nothing.
-Buying replacement gauges, he was just a *****.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS *******!!!

Have you been there? The place is like F-body heaven, is a warehouse full of f-body parts & they are allways fixing a couple of cool cars in there.
But you are right, they are not cool people.
The thing is that if you live in Miami & need something right away they are your best bet. Every time Ive needed someting they had it & their prices arent that bad.
I wouldnt trust them over the phone because they dont look to organised. But like I said, if your around just go pick up what you need and leave.

I bet it is, I have never had a problem with the actual parts and the guy seems knowledgeable, but doesnt change the fact he is a *****.

Edit, I live in Key Largo and work in Cutler Ridge. $10 shipping is not worth me driving to Hialeah.

What reason did he give you? It seems dumb to me the fact that he has the product you have the money, for all he cares you could burn the thing as long as you pay for it.

I've dealt with them many times and I've been pretty pleased with their service. They gave me a decent price on my T56 swap kit, as well as a bunch of other things I've needed over the past couple of years. They are pretty damn knowledgeable like you mentioned before. They aren't however the most outgoing friendly people. Not that they aren't friendly, they are just a little dry.

I think he needs to hire someone to answer calls. Someone with a personality.

Good experience

The one time I used TA Creations I had a good experience. My car was in a wreck and the boneheads fixing it decided they could not fix certain body parts (after they told me they could). They could not find any of the parts through their sources so they asked for my help in getting them.

In one call, I got everything I needed all the way to NY in 4 days. The used parts were in great shape and the new ones were very high quality. It's too bad the other parts I needed did not come so quickly. My car spent 2 months at the shop and cost me almost the whole summer of driving.
