Terrible customer service from spohn

Ordered a cross member and torque arm on the 20th, got an email on the 21st saying their entire website was on sale. Called twice regarding them possibly giving me a credit for the sale price since my order wasn't actually processed until the 21st and was told they would have someone call me back. Never got a call back, so I called a third time and was told the sale didn't start until 4:30 and my order shipped before that, so there was nothing they could do.

sucks but you didn't buy the day of the sale. If they rolled back the price for you, then the next guy will say he only missed the sale by 2 days and ask for the difference.
Keep an eye out around the holidays, that's when a lot of companies have sales.

Re: Terrible customer service from spohn

It does suck and my order was actually processed the day of the sale not the day I actually ordered it. Had they called me back the first time I called to inquire about getting a possible refund it wouldn't have been quite so hard to swallow. I know of several other businesses that honor sale prices 60 days after your purchase. As a first time customer, I just didn't feel they were too concerned about receiving repeat business, so I will definitely be going somewhere else for my future purchases.

So who are you going to buy third gen suspension products from that offers this policy?

Re: Terrible customer service from spohn

It could suck worse... You get your Spohn A arms, install them, and then your tires are no longer centered and rub in back when turning... I called and emailed multiple times.... Response? ......chirp....chirp..... (crickets)....

In all, wasted $1, 000 with cost of parts, labor, alignments, etc...

Hope your parts fit right...

Re: Terrible customer service from spohn

While I feel they might could have made an exception it's not something to get worked up about negatively. Your ordered the parts regardless of the price, correct?

It's not so much the price, but the fact I had to call three times to get an answer.
