Thirdgenranch Denny MIA????

Guys,

Has anyone heard from Mr. Denny Bruns lately???? I ordered a part from him back in Dec. but got no reply on delivery. I have tried calling him several times and got no answer. Also tried emailing him and got no answer. I have ordered from him a few times and the turn around was fast. Good prompt service. Not this time. Normally I wouldn't worry but he has my money and I got no product.

Re: Thirdgenranch Denny MIA????

On their website they have a post saying that shipping is packed up due to the holiday sale.

I'm a little nervous now, I ordered a part from them a week ago and have not got it yet. I am not that far from them.

Their facebook person is still posting parts regularly though.

Re: Thirdgenranch Denny MIA????

I noticed that on their site Blaze. I keep telling myself maybe they are still swamped from the holidays or maybe the icy weather affecting a lot of the country. Thirdgenranch has always treated me good and they are one of the few vendors I trust. I hope all is well with them.

Re: Thirdgenranch Denny MIA????

When I log in to check my order it does not give any shipping info either.

I am about an 8 hour drive from them, so it should not take a week to get a package.

The website crew is pretty active, maybe they can help out the packagers.

From their site,

"Note: Due to increased shipping volume from our big Year-end Sale, please allow about a week for order processing and packaging"
"Most of our orders ship within a couple days but some orders may take slightly longer as we work to add the new items to our inventory. Thanks!!!"

Re: Thirdgenranch Denny MIA????

If its any consolation to you guys, this isn't the first time this has happened. Everybody usually winds up getting their parts. I think he gets a bit overwhelmed every now and then.

Re: Thirdgenranch Denny MIA????

UPDATE: I sent them an e-mail today and they replied. They said my shipment is on the way. I knew Thirdgenranch wouldn't let me down. Now I wait patiently.

Re: Thirdgenranch Denny MIA????

Got my part today.

Very well packaged.
Part is in great condition, just as described.
Great price too, considerably cheaper than anyone else, on this item.

This was my second time buying from them, I will buy from
them again.

Re: Thirdgenranch Denny MIA????

Don't feel bad I placed an order for some interior carpet trim pieces on December 30th and they showed up on January 15th. I never worry about Denny though since he has never let my down and the products are always stellar.
