There is a tech article on how to cut a slit in your bumper to allow the condensation out of the lens. For some reason gm didnt think of it sooner and fix the problem. BTW thats something I need to do too. My driver is always fogged up but the pass is just fine.

I personaly like the clear corner lights, they look more clean. But some prefer the yellow, and I also like them more on some cars.

has anyone tried this i was wondering if it worked? And if the possibility arrises that i have to buy new ones, what keeps the it from happening again?

And so i understand right, i cut a small slit in the plastic below the light so the water drains out?.

go to my website and see what i did with my lights.....you can try the cut thing but thats not going to help you get the water thats inthere out now...it will only prevent the wind (while driving) from shooting the water up into the hole in the lights thats right above the cut you make,,and only preventing any more water from getting in there ,,,not to get the water out. You could try a hair dryer in the light hole if you want but i bet most of your problem is the lens,,,they get sratched and foggy looking even tho its not fog its just crappy plactic lens that deteriorates over time. The new lights at the dealer are expencive I think,,,Like 100bucks for 2 lights is too much. I made my clears for less then 20 bucks. Cheack em out, I got a tech artical on them on page 6 I think. But if you got 100bucks for new lights and you want that stock look,,,go for it!

that doesn't look too bad but i have to say i like the stock ones better, but it certainly doesn't justify paying 100 bucks. if anyone knows how to fix the ones i have now please feel free to post or if anyone has tried the cut thing, post.
