New pics to celebrate my car coming together.
The past month i've done so much stuff to the car. The header gaskets were the kicker though. My car has NEVER felt so "together". Its just an amazing feeling when your car is nearly exactly the way you want it.
Here are a couple of my favorite pics from today.

I'll sure be glad when I get all the bugs worked out of my car!
Nice car. All the time and work shows. Ever think about lowering it just a tad?

Lookin' good; quite nice. The spoiler kicks ace, too
I really like the "ram air" text on the hood
Wish I had that solid "complete" feeling right about now

"together" i don't know what that feels like. my car has no interior, front bumper is off, gfx are off, t-tops leak terribly, and i have no wiring harness. at least we got it started so i can move it and not let my newly rebuilt motor sit dorment for 4 months.
enough about me haha, car looks great.

Sonar: What have you been doing to make her feel like she is coming together? Fill us in. BTW, awesome car. IMO you've added just enough 4th gen flavor. Anything else like a interior swap would just take away from the car. Keep it thirdgen, beautiful car!

looking good as always Sonar. I should be getting my AC lines in today sometime and have her (hopefully) running tomorrow. There may be some hope in my car making it to the gathering after-all.

Hey, I couldn't help but notice that the headlight skins don't line up with the hood very well (shoot me, but I've seen that a lot)... is there a way to adjust how they sit when closed, or do you have to tweak the front clip in order to line everything up? I ask because my headlights look like yours do and it drives me nuts. Other than that, your car seriously ROCKS, love the spoiler, too.

My header gaskets were leaking REAL bad, which made the car sound like a bucket of bolts. I changed those and now it purrs like a kitten. I can barely even hear any of the exhaust inside the car. Its a real nice feeling and probabally made the biggest impact in the way I percieve the car while I am driving it. It was embarrasing driving it the way it was before. Even people I didn't know commented on how crappy it sounded.
I also fixed a major paint chip in the ground effects which was only getting bigger. I had that peice of the GFX off for 3 weeks while a guy I knew at a paint shop was painting the new one.
Lastly, I gave it a needed bath. I haven't washed it in 2 months. It didn't look that dirty, but its a nice feeling when you get the interior vacuumed all out and zaino'd the seats and the car fully.
By the way, thats exactly what this car needs, a full 4th gen interior. Then it would be perfect

I'd put a nice set of 17's on it before doing a 4thgen dash swap.
But I'd also put a badboy motor in it before the wheels and interior!
