I've had close calls.. No Warnings, and No Speeding Tickets.. This means more money to invest in the car. Not to mention if caught racing in any way. there is a very high chance you will loose your car and your licence. Cops around here are really cracking down on street racers. To many import driving kids are thinking they can do what they see on Fast & Furious

70 in a 40...

It was just one of those long stretches where I just wanted to put the foot down and hear the exhaust... but noooooo they had to pull me over and wreck my fun!!!

Luckily I had met the cop somewhere once before and he just gave me a ticket for "Not obeying posted signs" otherwise he could have been a real **** and impound my car for 30 over the speed limit and take my license..... :hew::

my buddy got "pulled over" for doing 174 in a 35. he was in a fox body with a 3 gallon fuel cell and a 500hp fogger kit. the only way he got pulled over was cause he ran out of gas. i have been fortunate enough to never get any kinda of ticket. except for an accident that i got into with my mothers station wagon.

73 in a 55 (it was a major highway where they just changed the speed limit from 70)

62 in a 45 (totally my fault)

Never had a ticket in the Trans Am. Close calls though. One cop pulled beside me and a friend of mine just after we were racing. Said something about we shouldn't be doing that

WTF were you driving to hit 190, and if it was in your thirdgen, what did you do to the suspension.

first off i am a stupid idiot and shouldn't have even been going that fast i ended going around a corner completly sideways and thought i was gonna ****ing die cause the car almost rolled and it was like a 2 mile pretty much straight away except for a few small corners until that one i almost rolled at and to make it worse it was 9:00 at night and we all know how good the stock lights on a camaro are alls i can say is that someone was looking after me

no really, what spring rates are you running to keep the car off the ground at 190. with a 400, you might be able to produce the huge amounts of power needed to motivate one of our cars to go that fast, but the stock suspension will nto hold the car off the ground at 190.

intrestingly enough, verts at that speed get shoved down hard, while coupes have the tendency to have the *** end get light... *shrug*
