Some1 give some ideas about this............

Ok, about 1 or 2 months ago, I got my front bumper repainted. The next day I go to look at it and there is a something on it that looked like some kind of tough grease, on the bumper. So I tried to take it off with a cloth but it wouldn't work so I got some bug and tar remover and put that on it and that got it off. Then I look at it again and there is now a big streak, not grease, in the new paint. I rubbed and rubbed it with everything and waxed it and it didn't come off and u can still see it on a certain angle, did I not let it dry long enough before doing it or is there a way to get it off?? Thanks!!

It sounds like the paint was not completely dry before you applied the bug and tar remover. Paint can take several days to completely “outgas”. During that time it is still very soft and subject to damage.

By applying the cleaner you could have embedded chemicals in your paint and caused this cloudy smear. I would take it back to the place that painted it and ask them if they know what you can do to correct this problem.
