Zaino vs. Liquid Glass

Zaino vs. Liquid Glass
I just tried Liquid Glass on a dark blue car. Fantastic stuff with a deep shine, no streaking, a whole lot cheaper than Zaino and easy on/off. Anyone use both of these and what one do you think is better?

I have used both. One thing I noticed with Liquid Class is that I got real fine scratch marks when I used it. I am not knocking it because it does work.
Zaino is not really any more expensive than your Liquid Glass. The last time I saw Liquid Glass it was around $12 or $13 and that is about what Zaino’s Z2 cost. You would need to purchase a bottle of Z1 but that should last you a couple of years. You will use a lot less Zaino as compared to Liquid Glass so I think that in reality Zaino cost is about the same if not cheaper.

Does Zaino have to be removed with mineral spirts and 00 Steel Wool? That kind of bothers me.

Does Zaino have to be removed with mineral sprits and 00 Steel Wool? That kind of bothers me. If you were told that please don’t do it. To remove Zaino only use 100% cotton towels. It is VERY easy to remove.
I would wash the car with Dawn dishsoap before using Zaino the first time.

My old man just had his '65 Vette repainted and the body man suggested never to use Liquid Glass or similar products due to the fact that they cannot be removed. Paint and wax stripper will just bead up on it. I suppose if your car is a trailer queen and inside a climate controlled garage it would be ideal...

My body guy did have a bitch of a time removing the paint on my headlight doors with the zaino on but everything else came off pretty easily. I could see where prescuffing the paint may aid the stripper adhearing to the surface but that shouldn't add that much work to a repaint job.

well anything that was not 100% removable is not worth putting on the car is my 2 cents.
Zaino can be removed with clay, rubbing alchohol or 3M wax/tar/adhesive remover, or any abrasive polish (obviously)
Zaino is cheaper in the long run...Liquid glass is very nice however...

who makes liquid glass ? I can't get Zaino down here without waiting a couple of months via sea freight so I'll try anything that's local.

I am a Zaino user, 100% Nothing I have tried is anywhere near as good, and believe me, I have tried a huge number of products.....
