This is my Project 15th Anniversary Trans Am in its temporary home:
My buddy Ricardo's back yard under a car tent!
The broken baseball bat came with the car... I use it to hold the hood open for now...
Evuntually it will get a better home and maybe even be finished someday.

That's right folks. It's in a barn. It's an 83 Z28 which I bought as a parts car in 98. I used it's parts on an 87 Camaro which would later have the misfortune of being T-boned by a tree, leaving me with all the required parts for the "resurrection" of this car. Given the info I got from a carfax report, the chassis hasn't seen the road since 93.
and here she is again, in her new home (my garage). Thus far, just about everything is done except paint and body work. While road testing, I actually drove her out to the barn where she slept....no make that was dead, for 5 years. The car stalled when it got near the barn, like to say, "nope...not going in there again".

LOL.
They do seem to have a mind of their own at times.

It lights up pretty nicely. Not as good as the stock lights because they don't disperse the light as much. I'm thinking about switching back to the stockers.

That mustang is a California Special, isn't it? Those are kinda rare.
tpi 383 do you have any pics of the mini tubbing? I have been thinking about that for a while.
Thanks,
Kory

No garage, only a carport that I let the wife park her Van in... But this is the GTA the day I bought it. Has a better shine now, but alot of work to be done.

Here is my 82 in my garage it still runs and drive but sure isnt the best looking car of all anymore. its a project and its slowly getting there hopefully over the winter i can get the 3 speed auto out and the 5 speed in
I just want to say if you dont have a garage and you dont drive your car much dont leave it out with a cover on. I did that for 2 years and it rusted every thing over I now have it all apart redoing it atleast it has a garage now.
TPI383, I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing how that 'vert comes out! it looks like it'll be killer. Here is how mine looks right now. I just got a nice propane heater that puts out 80,000 BTUs, so I'm looking to get a lot done this winter!
