91 firebird....lambo/butterfly hinge kit
I am looking for lambo/butterfly door hinge kit that is made to fit my 91 firebird. If you know anything about where i could find them please help me out. Many wouldnt think about putting those on a third gen, but I want them.

This is a very West Coast movement for heavily modded autos . There are lots of universal kits out there to consider because no matter the application 99% of the time fab work is required so get your tig ready. Third gen doors are very unforgiving on hinges because of weight. But anything is possible.

Well I check ethe site and they only sell kits for 4th gens and up. But ive seen them on tv before, and from what ive seen, they are the best in the biz when it comes to lambo doors. I believe they have universal kit too. But maybe going to the "contact us" at the top, is your best bet at finding out if they can help you. It will cost a pretty penny tho.

There aren't, and won't be, any 3rd gen specific kits, because of our welded on hinges.

4th gens have bolt-on hinges, so bolting on new hinges, is a "simple" operation, unlike the cutting & welding that would be needed on our cars.
