Just my own opinion, but I don't think it will look right. The cool thing about the 3rd gen Camaro is the square and sharp lines. I love the dual square headlights! I am interested and intrigued to see this though...maybe I'll actually like it?

I kind of like the idea but making it look clean, as well as it being functional may be difficult. But on the other hand maybe square low beams and round high beams could be cool, what lights are those on it now?

I think it will be a challenge to make it look good. But there were a lot of '60's -'70's vehicles with square fronts and round lights. Maybe a few ideas from looking at those may help.
